Q: How do your shirts fit?

A: Our shirts are an athletic fit, which means they fall a little on the small side - not "fitted" but also not "boxy" like a lot of other shirts on the market. For exact sizing, please see our sizing charts. 

 

Q: Is express shipping available?

A: Most of our products are created on demand, which takes approximately 5 business days. Standard shipping adds another 2-3 business days after that. Since we cannot express the printing process we have decided to discontinue the express shipping option to help eliminate confusion.

 

Q: Will all of my items ship together?

A: In most cases, yes. Our most popular items are inventoried and ship from Chicago, but most of our tees are printed on demand and ship from our fulfillment center in California. All print-on-demand items will ship together. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Yes, we accept exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, merchandise may be exchanged if it is in new and unworn condition. We accept exchanges up to 30 days after purchase date. Because of the print-on-demand nature of our products, refunds are limited to damaged items. Shipping fees for exchanged items come at the customer's expense, so please check our sizing charts before placing your order. Shipping fees for the replacement items will be covered by 1908 Tees. 

 

Q: I have a great idea for a shirt. Do you print custom designs?

A: Yes, absolutely. If you would like to customize an existing design or create your own, please email us at 1908Tees@gmail.com. If we like your idea and decide to add it to our shop, we'll send you a free shirt. Please include multiple ideas in the same email.
